OPERATIONAL REVIEWS: This is a standard offering of reviewing processes and tasks of your business to ensure documentation exists and aligns with operational expectations of performance*. Any uncovered inconsistencies are noted and brought before stakeholders for decisioning. It’s like a business check-up and is a good first step.
PROJECT / CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Projects typically occur when a change happens and impacts multiple areas of a business related to processes, staff, and even customers. Due diligence is first step of any project; data gathering, communicating existing process, why changes are needed, and how the new process should operate. Let us collaborate to develop the scope, timeline, training, and post implementation audit. HPOS will facilitate meetings, track progress, and develop documentation in support of the change(s). Whether you need a more robust, time saving method for your office to own or need to offload that function somewhere else, we can help. Should HPOS gain your trust to manage the books, we would convert manual or non-QB accounts over to our platform, QuickBooks Admin Pro*. Let us provide financial reporting and operational insights. In addition, HPOS adds an extra layer of protection to our services by engaging a CPA within our Professional Network for oversight.
